Terms of service for workers

1. Introduction and acceptance

These terms govern the use of the platform for offering services. By registering on the platform or using the app, the pro accepts these terms. The platform reserves the right to amend the terms from time to time and will give notice of material changes through the app or by e-mail.

2. Registration and verification

A pro must create a user account and complete a verification procedure in order to become an active service provider on the platform. That procedure includes submitting the documents needed to demonstrate competence and suitability for the work. The platform reserves the right to carry out periodic checks to ensure service quality.

3. Work and responsibilities of pros

A pro must perform services in line with the platform's requirements and within the agreed time. The pro is responsible for the quality of the work performed and must observe safety rules. Communication with customers must be respectful and professional.

A pro must not share customers' personal data except where necessary to perform the service. Breaching this rule may result in the pro's account being permanently blocked.

4. Payments and taxes

Payments to pros are made through the platform. The platform retains a 15.00% intermediation commission. The pro must provide accurate bank details in order to receive payments.

Pros are responsible for their own taxes and financial obligations.

5. Rating system

Pros are rated by customers once a service is complete. Ratings affect a pro's visibility on the platform. Pros must not pressure customers into giving better ratings or otherwise abuse the rating system.

6. Limitation of liability and dispute resolution

Pros are liable for damage or defects they cause while performing services. The platform mediates in disputes between pros and customers. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through support, other dispute-resolution procedures apply as set out in the contract.

A pro must insure their activity and maintain appropriate liability cover as required by local law.

7. Data protection and privacy

Pros must respect the protection of customers' personal data and must not share that data with others except where necessary to perform the service. The platform secures data in accordance with privacy legislation.

8. Permissions and prohibitions

Pros must not use the platform for unlawful activities or breach the terms of use. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, fraud, theft, defamation and using the platform to distribute unlawful content.

The platform reserves the right to block pros who breach these terms.

9. Intellectual property rights

Pros must respect copyright and other intellectual property rights. Content created by the platform is the property of the platform. Copyright infringements will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law.
